You can identify this rhythm at a glance, but let's go through a methodical process which we'll use for all the rhythms:
Is it a tachycardia or a bradycardia?
- No
Can we see p waves?
- Yes, so this is a sinus rhythm
Are the QRS's wide or chaotic?
- No, so this isn't one of the ventricular rhythms
Is it shockable?
- No, only the two ventricular rhythms are shockable
