Another one that is instantly recognisable, but just to help you remember the process we'll try the standard questions:
Is it a tachycardia or a bradycardia?
- No. It's too irregular, which makes it fibrillation.
Are the QRS's wide or chaotic?
- Yes, which makes this a ventricular rhythm.
Is it shockable?
- Yes, the two ventricular rhythms in the assessment are shockable.
